A clear plan. Then we get to work.

You do not need every detail worked out before you enquire. Here is how we turn a kitchen plan or an early idea into an agreed fitting job.

  1. Send the plan, or start with the room.

Tell Dan your postcode, what you want to change and when you have in mind. If you have ordered a kitchen, include the supplier's plan and delivery date. If you are still deciding, photographs and rough measurements are a useful start.

    Prepare your enquiry
  2. Talk through the work.

Discuss the layout, room condition, worktops and any preparation or associated trades. Agree what needs checking and how that will happen. This is the time to mention awkward access, moving appliances or work another contractor is doing.

    Use the quote checklist
  3. Review your quotation.

Look at the proposed scope, price and expected timings. Ask about anything unclear and confirm what you or another supplier will arrange. The quotation is free and there is no obligation to proceed.

What a fitting quote should include
  4. Coordinate the fitting.

Once the work is agreed, coordinate the dates with delivery and room preparation. A specialist worktop may need a separate template and fitting appointment. Keep Dan informed if the plan or delivery changes.

    Prepare for fitting day
  5. Check the finished work together.

Go through the agreed installation, discuss any remaining items and confirm what happens next. Keep your quotation, product details and any relevant installation paperwork together for future reference.
